Offline Mode

The Offline Mode feature in Prospectus+ offers the ability to save prospectuses for offline viewing after they’ve been accessed online. This means users can view their personalised prospectuses even without an active internet connection, ensuring that critical information is always available when needed.

Offline mode is not enabled by default.

Key Benefits of Offline Mode:

Seamless Access Anywhere: Once a prospectus is viewed online, it is saved and can be accessed even when internet connectivity is unavailable. This makes it convenient for users in areas with poor connectivity or those on the go.
Sustainable and Practical: Unlike traditional printed materials, the offline mode allows digital versions to be used, reducing the environmental impact of printing large quantities of physical prospectuses.
Improved User Experience: Users won’t need to worry about downloading PDFs or carrying bulky prospectuses. The digital copy is always available in an easy-to-navigate format on their devices.

How to Enable Offline Mode

Offline mode is an opt-in feature, meaning that it won’t be available by default. To enable this feature, users must request it through our support team.

Visit your dashboard, or our website and access the live chat feature to speak directly with a support agent. Alternatively, send an email request to help@prospectus.plus with the subject line “Enable Offline Mode” and tell us which licence you woul like this enabled for. Once enabled, we'll let you know and your prospectus viewed while online will automatically be stored for offline access.

Compatibility

Offline Mode is available across all modern browsers/devices and can be enabled for any personalised prospectus generated through Prospectus+. It’s perfect for students who need access to their university or course information without worrying about internet availability.
