Zapier Integration
The Zapier integration allows Prospectus Plus to seamlessly connect with over 6000 software tools, including CRM systems and email marketing platforms. By automating workflows, it enables real-time data exchange, significantly reducing the need for manual data entry. This ensures that marketing teams can create and distribute content more efficiently and accurately.
Users can set up custom “Zaps” that trigger specific actions when certain conditions are met in Prospectus Plus. For instance, a new prospectus creation can automatically update a CRM, send a personalised email, or trigger an alert in a project management tool.
The integration ensures that data flows seamlessly between Prospectus Plus and connected applications, keeping all systems up-to-date and synchronised.

In order to take advantage of the Zapier Integration, you will need to have purchased the Zapier Add-on, and you will need a paid Zapier account.
Your Zap should start with a "Webhooks by Zapier" step, which is a "Pro" feature (this is why you need a paid Zapier account).
The event should be set to "Catch Hook".
You can skip the trigger step as we'll be looking out for any update.
In the Test phase, you'll be given a webhook URL. Copy this and give this to your account manager at Prospectus Plus - they will install it into your Prospectus for you.
After this, you can add whatever steps you require. Here is an example:
In this example, the data sent from Prospectus Plus via the webhook is utilised in Hubspot (CRM). It attempts to find a contact with the same details. If found, the details are updated (if required). But if the contact isn't found, it creates a new contact. Taking this a step further, it also tried to find a Deal associated with the contact,and updates it with the appropriate data if found, or creates a new Deal if one isn't found.
