How to Request a Feature

Out of the box, Prospectus Plus ships with all the core functionality required to create and populate a successful online prospectus. But the product is constantly evolving and improving. As a valued customer, we'd love you to be a part of this evolution. 💙

📊 How do you decide which features are prioritised?



Because product enhancements will benefit everyone who uses Prospectus Plus, we want to make sure we're working on features which benefit the most number of users in the most positive way possible. Each feature logged on our suggestions board can be voted for by way of a single click on the ^ icon next to the feature description. Please do vote for any existing feature requests that you'd like to see us work on. It really does make a difference! A relatively high vote count is a clear indicator for us to sit up and take notice.

The main categories we measure priority by include:

Number of separate requests
Overall number of roadmap votes
Perceived added value
Type of request
Dependencies (does anything need to be worked on first in order to make it feasible?)

📈 What happens next?



Once a feature is accepted for design and/or development, it can be viewed as part of our 4-stage public roadmap.

Under Review - items here are being scoped in order that we can better understand the time and resource required to make them happen.
Planned - the task has been assigned to our teams and, in some cases, a target release date has been identified.
In Progress - the feature is actively being worked on.
Launched - the feature is now released and can be utilised by all customers.
