Equity & Access Programme - Overview & Terms

The Equity & Access Programme is Prospectus Plus’ mission-driven initiative, created to ensure that budget constraints don’t limit access to innovation in student recruitment. We believe that every institution deserves a platform, regardless of size or financial standing.

Who Is It For?

The Access & Equity Programme is designed to support:

• Smaller universities or colleges
• Departments within larger institutions (e.g. postgraduate schools or outreach units)
• Institutions facing financial hardship, restructuring, or reduced funding

If you’ve been holding back from adopting Prospectus Plus due to budget concerns, this programme may be the right fit.

What Support Does It Offer?

Institutions accepted into the programme may be eligible for significant financial support, based on their assessed need and impact. This is delivered via tiered discounts, including:

• Up to 60% off on a Custom Plan
• Up to 75% off on a Pro Plan

Discount levels are assessed based on your size, budget, and how your institution aligns with the programme’s mission.

How to Apply

Applying is simple but thoughtful. This is not a binary "yes/no" process.

1. Request to apply by scheduling a meeting to walk through a short assessment together (approx. 30-60 mins).
2. Based on your responses, we’ll determine where you sit on the discount scale.

All applications are reviewed with care, and we aim to respond with a decision within 2-4 working days.

If You're Accepted...

Congratulations! Institutions accepted into the Access & Equity Programme agree to the following:

Annual Reapplication

• Access is valid for 12 months, aligned with your subscription.
• You must reapply within 3 months of your renewal date to be reconsidered.

Participation Requirements

By accepting a place on the programme, you agree to:

• Provide a case study on your experience with Prospectus Plus. Book your session here.
• Allow your institution’s logo to be used in promotional materials.
• Be open to participating in at least one piece of user research, if requested.
• Attend a feedback session, if requested (typically once annually).

These requirements help us continually improve the programme and demonstrate its impact to the wider sector. If you're unable to meet these requirements it may prevent you for being reaccepted onto the programme in future years.

The Access & Equity Programme is a constantly evolving initiative, designed to deliver maximum benefits to participating institutions while balancing the long-term value for Prospectus Plus.

We reserve the right to update the terms, requirements, or eligibility criteria of the programme as needed to ensure fairness, sustainability, and mission alignment.

This page will always reflect the latest version of the programme’s terms. It is the responsibility of participating institutions to check this page from time to time and stay up to date with any changes to their responsibilities or benefits.

Eligibility for Other Offers

Please note: Participation in the Access & Equity Programme may affect your eligibility for other promotional offers, discounts, or incentives that Prospectus Plus may run from time to time.

Because the Access & Equity Programme offers substantial long-term discounts, participants are generally not eligible to combine this programme with additional promotions unless explicitly stated.
